These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Azambo Platform as a Service Provider (“Provider”). By registering, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Nature of Azambo
• Azambo is a technology platform that connects Providers with Users (“Clients”).
• Providers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Azambo.
• Providers are fully responsible for the services they offer.

2. Eligibility & Registration
• You must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in Mexico.
• Registration requires submission of:
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Proof of address.
• For non-Mexicans: Valid residency or work permit.
• Bank account information for payouts.
• Azambo may require background checks, skill certifications, or additional documents depending on the service category.

3. Account Responsibilities
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You may only use your account; accounts cannot be transferred or shared.

4. Service Standards
• You must deliver services professionally, safely, and in accordance with laws and industry standards.
• Providers must arrive on time and complete jobs as agreed with Clients.
• Misconduct, fraud, or unsafe practices may result in suspension or termination.

5. Payments & Fees
• All payments must be processed through the Azambo Platform.
• Providers are not permitted to accept direct payments from Clients outside of Azambo.
• Azambo will deduct:
• Commission Fee 30%
• Service Fee: Charged to the Client, not deducted from your payout.
• Applicable taxes.
• Payouts are sent to your registered bank account on a [weekly/bi-weekly] basis or monthly.

6. Taxes & Legal Compliance
• Providers are responsible for declaring and paying their own income taxes, social security contributions, and other legal obligations.
• Azambo may withhold certain taxes as required by Mexican law.

7. Cancellations & Disputes
• If you cannot attend a booking, you must notify the Client and cancel within the app as early as possible.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to account suspension.
• In case of disputes, Azambo may review evidence and resolve at its discretion.

8. Communication & Platform Rules
• All communication with Clients must remain within the Azambo app in a professional manner.
• Sharing personal contact details or bypassing the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Azambo may monitor activity to protect Clients and Providers.

9. Liability
• Providers are fully responsible for their actions, equipment, and service outcomes.
• Azambo is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses caused during services.
• Providers are encouraged to maintain personal liability insurance (where applicable).

10. Privacy & Data Protection
• Azambo processes personal data according to its Privacy Policy.
• You may request account deletion and data removal under the Data Deletion Policy.

11. Termination
• Azambo may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
• Providers may close their account at any time, but pending jobs must be completed or cancelled appropriately.

12. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes must first be reported through Azambo’s in-app support.
• Unresolved disputes will be governed by Mexican law, seated in Mexico City.

• Azambo may update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the changes.

• Providers must meet Azambo’s verification requirements (identity, legal status, and background checks where applicable).

3. Account Creation
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Azambo may suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Provider Obligations
• Providers must:
• Hold and maintain required legal documentation (e.g., INE, CURP, RFC, Passport/Visa for foreigners).
• Deliver services professionally, safely, and honestly.
• Comply with all applicable Mexican laws and regulations.
• Azambo may suspend or withhold payments if fraud, misconduct, or unsafe practices are reported.

5. Client Obligations
• Clients must:
• Provide safe, lawful, and reasonable conditions for services to be performed.
• Pay for all services booked through Azambo.
• Not attempt to bypass Azambo by arranging services outside the Platform.

6. Payments, Fees & Taxes
• Payments are processed through Azambo’s payment system.
• Providers authorize Azambo to deduct a service commission from each completed booking.
• Clients may be charged a service fee per booking.
• Taxes, including Mexican VAT (IVA), may apply and will be collected where required by law.
• Providers are solely responsible for reporting and paying their personal tax obligations.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
• Clients may cancel bookings in accordance with Azambo’s cancellation policy .
• Refunds are only issued through Azambo.
• Providers who cancel confirmed bookings may face penalties or account suspension.

8. Communication
• All communication between Users and Providers must remain within the Azambo Platform.
• Sharing personal contact information to bypass Azambo is prohibited and may result in termination.

9. Liability & Guarantee
• Azambo does not provide the services and is not liable for actions or omissions of Providers.
• Providers are fully responsible for the quality and safety of their services.
• Azambo may offer a limited guarantee program for eligible cases, subject to specific conditions.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
• Azambo collects, uses, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Mexican data protection law.
• Users may request account deletion and data removal in accordance with Azambo’s Data Deletion Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution
• Disputes should first be reported through Azambo’s in-app support.
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled by binding arbitration under Mexican law, seated in Mexico City.

12. Termination
• Azambo may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for:
• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraud, unsafe behavior, or illegal activity.
• Users may close their accounts at any time via the Platform.

• Users will be notified via app or email. Continued use of Azambo after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
